40x maxperformance offers

I work with individuals from all walks of life including professional athletes, non-athletes, business men and women, seniors, youth, and everyone in between looking to lose weight and gain lean muscle. One of my many passions involves training clients that are physically challenged and/or clients needing post rehab strength restoration. I implement fundamental human movement skills annexed with specificity. I walk clients through the process I endured to overcome paralysis from a spinal cord injury and a below knee amputation. The “steps” I took helped me develop non-locomotor, locomotor, and manipulative training exercises to help others. You’ll experience the static stretching techniques I used to regain feeling in my lower extremities. You’ll also participate in core strengthening exercises with hydraulic resistance which builds cardiovascular stamina, strength, flexibility, helps burn body fat, increases circulation, rehabilitates muscles and joints and most importantly develops confidence. I will guide and inspire you back to a quality of life you deserve.

1. Eat seasonal, earth-grown foods
2. Eat like a champion – grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, organic produce
3. Drink water – 25 fluid ounces upon waking up and stay hydrated throughout the day…no sugary drinks
4. L.I.S.S. (Low Intensity Steady State) – walk after meals for 10 minutes
5. Optimal sleep – 7 to 9 hours per night
6. Eliminate stressful situations – mindset is key

1. KNOWLEDGE
I will give you informational step-by-step tools for building healthy skeletal muscles (physique). I will also teach you the value of exercise and how resistance training will leverage gene-expression and the triggering of BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) which is essential for learning and memory as we develop and age.
2. SKILLS
a. Integrated training concepts (specific for each individual and your goals) including core strength, endurance, power, and nutritional guidance
b. Stretching techniques (static and dynamic) for optimal mobility

I will motivate and inspire you through every step of the process. I use my own experience of overcoming brain trauma, a spinal cord injury, amputation, and weight issues to better encourage and relate to all of my clients. I hope to invigorate and teach you how to build a healthy first-class physique by virtue of disciplined, consistent workouts, as well as building a robust mindset and skeletal muscle.
