It’s time to reach your goals

Coaching is not personal training. You will be expected to train at the volume agreed and train hard. You will be responsible for tracking your food intake daily and reporting back on it. You will be expected to check in with me every weekend with progress pictures, weight, and measurements. It’s not your coach’s job to solicit you for check-ins. You will be expected to make scheduled weekly check-in calls (typically evenings, but can be flexible) to discuss strategy, changes, and updates to your program. My job as your coach is to set up your training plan based off your goals, current condition, and schedule. I will also help you set up your nutrition, provide macros guidance, and make adjustments when necessary. Every client is different. Your program will be exclusive to your circumstances and needs. Your nutrition will be based on foods you enjoy, and foods that fit your lifestyle and goals.
my coaching rates

I am a full-time fitness and nutrition professional. The information I use with my clients is how I train, eat, and succeed. My program design and nutrition is logical and science-based, not the same regurgitated diets from the 90’s that most coaches have been using with every client they coach since the last time they actually dieted a decade ago.

First Intro Month: $350
Where the majority of set-up work is accomplished.

Following Months: $250
When you can see the results of your hard work.

WHY YOU NEED ME AS YOUR COACH
How to get started

1. Fill out the online coaching questionnaire below. Tell me about your current exercise and nutrition habits, program, and personal preferences. Please include why you want a coach.
2. I will invoice you via my payment method. Upon payment, I will review your questionnaire, take notes, and schedule an initial call with you which typically takes 30-60 minutes.
3. On the first call, we’ll go through your whole exercise and nutrition questionnaire, and get the information from you that I need to build your customized plan. Your plan will be based on your goals, current condition, experience, and equipment access (everything from in-home workouts to full gym-based contest prep). The more info we have to evaluate before your call, the more time we can spend on solutions! You will get your program within days, and you will get “homework” on the first call!
