40X MAX PERFORMANCE

I know how to make all workout plans result in success which is the goal of every client. I combine cutting-edge research and my understanding of human movement to deliver results in 60 minutes or less. I create workouts designed for a certain training period, depending on what you want to achieve. No workout can be 100% perfect for everyone, but my workouts are designed to work for each individual client.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is most effective for our clients with a primary goal of fat loss. High-intensity interval training uses very high-intensity workouts with limited rest periods to “train” the body in a shorter time. Steady-state cardio is more versatile and can be used longer, and will mostly be used to improve athletic performance or muscular endurance. Resistance training of multiple sets and limited rest is quite simply the best way to pack muscle mass and strength into a short period of time. Circuit-style resistance training with intervals is most effective when customized to the specific needs of each individual client due to their individual limitations, such as type and amount of time available per session.
